When would you use Interim Managers?
- Additional senior resources are required to deliver a strategic change programme or project over a given period.
- An organisation is going through a state of change and the structure needs to remain flexible whilst a permanent resource is identified.
- There is a sudden break in continuity of employment of a senior member of staff and a temporary replacement is required without disrupting the remaining organisation.
- An organisation is expanding rapidly and needs assistance to deliver their client needs whilst the structure is forming.
- The workload of a senior person is simply going through a peak and additional help is required to absorb some of the tasks, whether they are day to day operational requirements or strategic objectives.
